Ronnie Coleman, the GOAT (Greatest of all time)
Alex Honnold
Alex Honnold, the guy from Free Solo

The first image in this table is of Ronnie Coleman, a former bodybuilder who won the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition 8 years in a row! Coleman had a very positive outlook, especially regarding his bodybuilding career, and is still alive today, despite 13 surgeries on his neck, hips, and back. This is an individual that was willing to give up a LOT for his sport, and he is perhaps one of the finest examples of incredible fitness today. Mr. Olympia is arguably the most prestigious titles in bodybuilding, and to win the competition 8 years in a row requires superhuman grit, determination, and spirit. Ronnie Coleman is truly an inspiration.

The second image in this table is of Alex Honnold, arguably (I know I love that word) the greatest rock climber in the world. Alex was the first person to free solo a route on El Capitan, which means to climb this incredibly difficult route without securing himself to the rock. This took years of incredibly hard training, and fierce determination to accomplish a feat that is impossible to nearly everyone. This level of dedication to his sport shows just how far the human body can go when someone prioritizes their fitness, and EXERCISES a tenacity that has almost never been seen before. Truly in a league of his own.
